Around town

Kettlewood grows around its square and its town hall. /spawn puts you right in front of it.

The town hall

Entrance hall. The booths face each other across the hall, with the aisle in the middle to walk through. On the entrance side: SELL (the counter), HOMES, PALETTE and the Server goal; opposite them, at the back, the trades. On the east wall, the clerk of the town orders; in the north-west corner, the plot clerk (plots and shops); on the west wall, the donation chest (take what you need, give what you can) and the bins.
At the back of the hall. The trades: the smith, the cartographer and the engraver, facing the counters.
The forecourt. On each side of the steps, the Founders' Wall: the names of the first residents who asked to be carved there (see Ranks & titles).
First floor. The council room with the big wall map, and three guild offices.
Underground. Down the corner staircase, through the vaulted hall, to the Gate of the Diggings (the Diggings).

The bandstand, on the square's south-east side, during a festival it's hung with lanterns and plays a tune (turn it up or down with the Jukebox/Note Blocks volume).
The market quarter, on both sides of the town hall along the market street. Players' shops, among them the three ready-built ones: the Copper Kettle, the Ember Bank and the Boulangerie. The market board at the east entrance shows who sells what.
The harbour and the lighthouse, further east. Climb the lighthouse for the view.
The theatre, south-east. A Roman-style open-air theatre where the town gathers; sit on the steps.
The Nether Gate, south of the town hall. The way to the Nether roads.
The belvedere and the balloon, by the river. Your one free flight to the wild.
The Old Oak, west of town. Out through the west gate, along the path and over the wooden bridge.
